It is a subsidiary of Chengdu Maikekang Biotechnology, focusing on the research and development of new therapeutic tumor vaccines. It is an internationally leading new adjuvant platform founded by multiple overseas Chinese doctors in chemical biology and well-known domestic experts.

The company has rich experience in complex glycochemistry and industrialization. Currently, three new tumor vaccines are under research, and multiple innovative vaccine adjuvant molecules are being industrialized.

The main backbone of the company has over 20 years of experience in industrial research and development of glycochemistry. Based on complex glycochemistry synthesis and quality analysis platform technology, we have designed and synthesized more than 20 new immune adjuvant molecules in six categories, including TLR3 (dsRNA), TLR4 (monophosphate lipid A), TLR7/8, TLR9 (oligonucleotides), saponins, and NKT agonists, against new adjuvant varieties approved by the FDA. The scale of the main adjuvant varieties meets the dosage of one million doses of vaccine/batch, and has been applied to the development of multiple vaccine varieties. The company currently has 3 tumor vaccines and 1 tumor drug, of which 1 tumor vaccine has entered the clinical stage.
