Job responsibilities 1. Construct expression confirmation, high expression, and stable clone screening; 2. Establishment and management of original/R&D seed banks; 3. Preliminary development of sample manufacturing process (fermentation culture and purification); 4. Recombinant protein and antigen purification, including but not limited to expression systems such as E.coli, HEK293, CHO, etc; 5. Construction of protein purification platform, follow-up and exploration of new technologies, literature review, and formulation of construction strategies; 6. Proficient in protein purification techniques such as affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic chromatography, etc; 7. Complete the organization of experimental records and write the SOP for protein purification process flow. | Qualification 1. Bachelor's degree or above in biotechnology, bioengineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or other related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience: 2. Familiar with basic molecular biology operations, including but not limited to DNA/RNA/protein and other basic molecular biology operations experience; 3.
