2023BRD China (Shanghai) Biomedical Innovation and Development Conference

On December 29, 2023, the BRD Shanghai Biomedical Innovation and Development Conference arrived as scheduled, with a gathering of experts on site. The preparatory party for this conference, Pharmaceutical Research Interface, sincerely invites leading figures in the biological industry to participate in the industry event.

Our General Manager Sui Qiang was invited to give a keynote speech on the development ideas of new adjuvants.

The background introduction includes the concept of adjuvants, the application of new adjuvants in human vaccine adjuvants, adjuvant typing and current situation, the current status of new adjuvants in China, support for new adjuvants at home and abroad, and the development ideas of new adjuvants - chemical synthesis;

TLR4 includes: introduction to MPL background, microbial extraction production process, quality control, glycosylation synthesis method, structural confirmation, glycosylation platform technology for preparing TLR4 agonists with different substituents;

Saponin adjuvants include: sources and applications of QS-21, HPLC spectra of Quil-A and QS-21, purification and quality control points, research progress on the structure and activity of QS-21, progress in the synthesis of QS-21 analogues abroad, glycosylation preparation of saponin adjuvants, and advantages of chemical synthesis of QS-21;

After the speech, there was an interactive session on site where participants competed to ask questions they were interested in. Mr. Sui provided detailed answers one by one, creating a strong academic exchange atmosphere.
