He gave a detailed explanation to Director Yuan. Dr. Chen mentioned that the use of a production conversion platform has achieved the industrialization progress of the company's first phase of herpes zoster vaccine and rotavirus vaccine pipelines. At the same time, the platform project will accelerate the research and development achievements transformation ability of Maikekang Biotechnology, greatly shorten the listing process of more than ten pipeline candidate products, and lay a solid foundation for the rapid transformation of innovative achievements into productivity. The innovation capability of the production platform and the industrialization process of the two innovative vaccine products that entered the clinical stage in the first phase have been fully recognized by the head of Yuanquan District and his delegation.

The Maikokang Biological Innovation Vaccine Production Platform consists of two buildings, A2 and A3, with a total construction area of about 12000 square meters, including a production area of about 6000 square meters, covering three workshops: herpes zoster vaccine stock solution and liposome adjuvant production workshop, rotavirus vaccine stock solution and aluminum adjuvant production workshop, and semi-finished product preparation and packaging workshop; The QC laboratory covers an area of approximately 2000 square meters and includes physical, chemical, biochemical, and microbiological testing platforms required for vaccine production. The annual production capacity can reach 30 million doses, and it can produce high value-added innovative vaccines made in China. Based on the existing product market prices, it is estimated that the annual output value of Maikokang Biotechnology can reach 5-10 billion yuan after reaching production capacity. During the on-site investigation, the research team highly praised the industrialization implementation of Maikekang Biotechnology and proposed to cooperate for mutual benefit and seek high-quality development.
