Gathering strength, peers, same frequency, win-win situation - MKK900 clinical blinding successfully completed

Clinical trials are a crucial step in testing the safety and efficacy of new drugs, and clinical blinding is a core step in ensuring the objectivity and reliability of test results. At the beginning of the MKK900 project's blind coding work, Shanghai Maikekang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is fully preparing for the critical period of production license inspection and heavy production center tasks, facing the dual pressure of personnel shortage and time urgency. Our company actively responded to the call, promptly deployed manpower to assist Maikekang, provided adequate support for filling positions, and actively injected strength into the blind work of the MKK900 project. On September 22, we jointly established a cross company collaboration team of 42 people with Maikekang.

This "joint force" from different companies and departments demonstrated a momentum of "efficient, orderly, and collaborative progress" in the first training session. With high investment, everyone quickly clarified the operating standards, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent "zero error" goal.

On September 23rd, the blind editing work was officially launched. Mr. Dong personally visited the site and deeply explained the strategic significance of MKK900 programming for the company's development, further consolidating the team's sense of mission and responsibility. This task involves more than 26000 samples, which normally takes 5 days to complete, but we must achieve the goal within 4 days. This means that the process of blind coding must be done correctly once, with continuous improvement in speed and efficient establishment of team cohesion. Faced with challenges, the team demonstrated strong collaborative abilities. Experienced members impart knowledge and skills to each other through practical demonstrations and detailed explanations, conveying norms and experience without reservation. Through resource exchange and complementary abilities, the personnel of the two companies form a strong synergy of "thinking together and working together". It not only ensures quality, but also improves efficiency.
